目的 探讨不同年龄组的健康人群的甲状腺激素 (TH)水平和骨代谢的变化以及它们的相互关系。方法 青壮年组、老年前组、老年组各 5 0例 ,所有受试者均检测甲状腺激素包括高灵敏促甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸、总甲状腺素、反三碘甲状腺原氨酸 ,和骨代谢的生化指标骨碱性磷酸酶 (BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基肽 (PICP)及尿羟脯氨酸 /肌酐 (Hop/Cr)、尿胶原吡啶交联 /肌酐 (Pyd/Cr)的水平并比较它们之间的关系。结果 老年组与老年前组、青壮年组比较甲状腺激素水平和BALP、BGP、PICP随着增龄有下降趋势 ,Pyd/Cr、Hop/Cr值随着增龄而增高 ,各组之间比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 增龄使甲状腺激素水平和BALP、BGP、PICP下降 ,Pyd/Cr、Hop/Cr值上升提示骨代谢随增龄而逐步下降可能与老年人TH的降低有关
Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid hormone (TH) and bone metabolism in healthy people of different age groups and their correlation. Methods The young and middle-aged group, the elderly group and the elderly group each 50 cases, all subjects were detected thyroid hormones including highly sensitive thyrotropin, free triiodothyronine, free thyroxine, total triiodothyronine , Total thyroxine, anti-triiodothyronine, and bone biochemical markers of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP), osteocalcin (BGP), type I procollagen carboxy peptide (PICP) and urinary hydroxyproline / Creatinine (Hop / Cr), urinary collagen pyridine / creatinine (Pyd / Cr) levels and compare the relationship between them. Results The levels of thyroid hormones, BALP, BGP and PICP in elderly group were lower than those in old group and young group, Pyd / Cr and Hop / Cr values increased with age, and there was significant difference between the groups Very significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusions Increasing thyroid hormone level, decreasing of BALP, BGP and PICP, increasing of Pyd / Cr, Hop / Cr value in elderly patients suggest that the gradual decrease of bone metabolism with age may be related to the decrease of TH in the elderly
