本文对食品检验一体化教学中学生评价模式的实践进行了探讨与反思。讨论了教师评价、按组二次评价、分层次评价等评价模式及不同评价模式在教学过程中对学生产生的不同影响，指出了各种评价模式的优缺点，并对不同评价方式进行了归纳和分析。
