革命纪念馆作为重要的爱国主义教育基地,其陈列与收藏了记载中国共产党带领中国人民呕心沥血、披荆斩棘的革命文献、照片等大量红色素材,这些素材能够使民众时刻牢记中国共产党的丰功伟绩,进而在新的历史时期全心全意地拥护党的领导、听从党的号召,牢记革命精神。革命纪念馆具有讲解与宣传的职能,其讲解与宣教工作需要不断变革和创新,才能更好地发挥其职能。为此,本文将从宣教工作理念的与时俱进、对宣教工作潜力的发掘、将新元素融入于日常的宣教工作之中,坚持以人为本这几个方面对革命纪念馆讲解与宣教工作的创新展开研究,以供参考。
