第一章:总则第一条:为规范食品经营许可,根据国家食品药品监督管理总局《食品经营许可管理办法》、《食品经营许可审查通则(试行)》,结合我省实际,制定本细则。第二条:本细则适用于吉林省食品药品监督管理部门(以下简称食品药品监管部门)对辖区内食品经营许可申请的审查。第三条:食品药品监管部门按照主体业态、食品经营项目,并考虑风险高低对食品经营许可申请进行分类审查。第四条:主体业态包括食品销售经营者、餐饮服务经营者、单位食堂。食品经营者申请多种食品经营形式的,按照一种形式归
