电力体制的不断改革,使我国电力企业进一步走向市场,参与到市场竞争中,这给电力企业带来了许多发展机遇。在电力企业生产经营中,财务管理工作是其重要组成部分,目前我国电力企业内部控制面临着新的发展问题及挑战,严重影响到财务管理工作的有效开展。本文将对通过财务内控手段来加强电力企业财务管理的有效对策进行分析探讨,并且提出相应的思考和意见,仅供参考。
The continuous reform of the power system has brought our power enterprises further to the market and their participation in the market competition, which has brought many development opportunities to power enterprises. In the production and operation of power enterprises, financial management is an important part of it. At present, the internal control of power enterprises in our country faces new development problems and challenges, which seriously affects the effective implementation of financial management.
