自行车出行可以缓解当前日益严峻的城市交通问题,是实现低碳交通的重要途径.在机动车道上划分出一定空间来构建自行车专用道路网络,可以保证自行车出行者的安全,促进自行车出行比率增加.然而,这势必将侵占机动车的道路空间.文章建立双层规划模型来刻画自行车共享城市机动车道的路网设计问题,上层从交通管理部门的角度对机动车和自行车出行者各自的利益进行权衡,以预算和连通性为约束,下层考虑机动车和自行车各自的用户均衡.模型通过遗传算法进行求解,算例验证了该算法的有效性.
Bicycling can relieve the current increasingly serious urban traffic problems, which is an important way to realize low-carbon traffic.A certain space is allocated on the motorway to build a bicycle-only road network, which can ensure the safety of bicycle travelers and promote the increase of bicycle travel ratio. However, this will inevitably occupy the road space of motor vehicles.This paper establishes a bi-level programming model to characterize the road network design of bicycle sharing urban motorways, and the upper level weighs the respective interests of motorists and cyclists from the perspective of the traffic management department , Which is constrained by the budget and the connectivity, and the lower level considers the user equilibrium of the motor vehicles and the bicycles.The model is solved by genetic algorithm, and an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
