目的:探讨复方接骨木胶囊的主要药理作用。方法:采用小鼠耳肿胀试验;小鼠扭体试验;小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验;大鼠肾上腺素+冰浴致血瘀试验;小鼠急性毒性试验及药物最大耐受量试验。结果:复方接骨木胶囊可通过增加血管通透性、降低血液黏度等起活血消肿、抗炎止痛的作用。结论:复方接骨木胶囊的药理作用与临床功效基本一致,临床应用是安全的,动物最大给药量是临床成人用量的125倍。
Objective: To investigate the main pharmacological effects of compound elderberry capsule. Methods: Mouse ear swelling test, mouse writhing test, mouse peritoneal capillary permeability test, rat epinephrine + ice bath induced blood stasis test, acute toxicity test and maximum drug tolerance test in mice. Results: The compound elderberry capsule can increase blood vessel permeability, reduce blood viscosity and play a role in promoting blood circulation swelling, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Conclusion: The pharmacological effects of Fufang Jiegu Miao Capsule are basically the same as those of clinical ones. The clinical application is safe and the maximum dosage of animal is 125 times that of clinical adult.
