刮板输送机是煤矿的主要运输设备之一,其由传动装置、机头、过渡槽、推移梁、抬高槽、中部槽、机尾、刮板链和挡煤板等组成。在运输过程中,刮板输送机的传动装置把电动机的动力传递给链轮,使之带动链条拉动刮板在槽内做单向运动,从而实现对槽内煤炭的刮送。在这种传递输送运动中,刮板和槽子的配合至关重要,各种槽子之间联接不到位或槽子与刮板配合不好都会使整个输送过程受到干涉,甚至使整个刮板输送机不能运行。而在各种槽子中,过渡槽联接机头和中部槽(有抬高槽的先与抬高槽
