激光快速成形技术制备Al/SiC复合材料在工艺上存在许多难点 ,这是由Al/SiC复合粉末的特性及激光加工的特点所决定的。具体的工艺参数包括基体材料的选择及处理、激光功率、扫描速度、送粉量、载气量等。其变化均可以影响最终的成形质量。本文通过大量的试验 ,总结了工艺参数对Al/SiC复合材料激光快速成形过程的影响 ,并得出普遍适用的规律 ,对进一步的工作有重要的指导意义
Laser rapid prototyping technology in the preparation of Al / SiC composites in the process there are many difficulties, which is based on the characteristics of Al / SiC composite powders and laser processing characteristics of the decision.
