目前,我国公民的思想意识与快速发展的经济节奏出现脱节,致使公民陷入了人性、理性的困惑,使社会的稳定岌岌可危,使国家的发展得不到坚实保障。因此,公民非理性维权的现象层出不穷。本文通过一系列案例来展现当下中国“算计型”和“不计后果型”两种公民非理性维权的现状,着重对地方土地财政、信访制度不完善、公民利益表达渠道不畅等形成原因进行探析,以期透过现象发掘其本质问题。 At present, there is a disconnect between the ideological consciousness of our citizens and the rapidly developing economic rhythm, causing the citizens to fall into the trap of human nature and reason, putting the stability of the society at risk and preventing the development of the country from being steadfastly protected.
