图书馆在经营的过程中主要任务是为读者提供相应的书籍,供其参考从而获得知识。因此,可以说图书馆的第一工作就是做好读者服务工作,这是图书馆的工作重心与工作重点。只有做好读者服务工作,才能切实的将图书馆与社会相连接,充分地体现图书馆自身的性质与存在的价值。如何才能更好地加强读者服务等相应工作,开展多元化的服务活动呢?这也成为图书馆管理者首当考虑的问题。本文从实际出发,分析图书馆在运行时发生的各类问题,并根据实际情况对如何加强读者服务的问题给予合理化的建议。
The main task of the library in the operation process is to provide the readers with the corresponding books for their reference to gain knowledge.
