目的观察品管圈(QCC)活动用于缩短住院患者就诊时间的效果。方法在康复科成立QCC小组,选定缩短住院患者就诊时间这一主题,通过分析现状,查找原因,实施相应对策,比较活动前后患者就诊时间的变化。结果在QCC活动的干预下,康复科住院患者就诊时间明显缩短,同时圈员善于发现问题、解决问题能力明显提升。结论通过QCC活动可以缩短住院患者就诊时间,效果明显,具有临床使用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of QCC activities on shortening the duration of hospitalization visits. Methods The QCC group was set up in the rehabilitation department to select the theme of shortening the visiting time of inpatients. By analyzing the status quo, finding out the reasons and implementing corresponding measures, the change of patients’ visiting time before and after activities was compared. Results In the intervention of QCC activities, the visiting time of inpatients in rehabilitation department was significantly shortened, meanwhile, circle members were good at finding problems and their ability to solve problems was obviously improved. Conclusion QCC activity can shorten the time of hospitalization for patients with obvious effect and clinical value.
