目的探究胃小溃疡者使用数字大平板X射线机DR摄影的诊断价。方法将2012年6月至2014年6月我院收治的110例经胃镜证实的胃小溃疡者设为对照组,其使用DR为摄影方式。另择取2014年6月至2016年6月的164例相同疾病患者为观察组,使用数字大平板X射线机DR摄影技术为检查方式,比较两组的病灶检出情况和龛影情况和病例分布情况。结果对照组患者检出率为69.09%,观察组为91.46%。和对照组相比,观察组患者的检出率显著较高,P<0.05.和DFR法相比,DR在检出10mm以下病灶的检出率显著较高,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论与DR技术相比,对于疑似胃小溃疡者,使用数字大平板X射线机DR摄影技术对患者实施检查,优势显著,可全面提升疾病检出率,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of DR photography using digital large flat panel X-ray machine in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014, 110 cases of gastric ulcer confirmed by gastroscopy were treated as control group, and the DR method was used for photography. In addition, 164 patients with the same disease from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group, and digital large flat panel X-ray radiography was used as the inspection method to compare the lesion detection, Distribution.
