At 14:28 on May 12, 2008, a magnitude 8.0 earthquake hit Wenchuan, Sichuan Province in our country. At 14:46, Xinhua News Agency issued a strong earthquake news; 15:50, Xinhua News Agency released the People’s Liberation Army General Staff Department started
