Many people think that conflicts are harmful and not conducive. The existence of conflicts is an irrational organizational structure or the result of mismanagement by leaders and should be avoided with all efforts. Practice tells us that conflicts are inevitable. The existence of a modest conflict can prompt team members to seek new strategies and guidelines to help overcome the stagnation and complacency and achieve the goals of the organization better. It is not normal for a team to show a high degree of harmony without any major conflict. It is unscientific for the party to deliberately seek to achieve a high degree of internal unity within a team and eliminate all conflicts artificially. Conflicts should be handled appropriately rather than simply eliminated. At present, some places are always worried about internal opinions and disagreements when they are equipped with leading bodies.
