随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,作为课程改革的主要执行者的教师身上发生了诸多变化,如课程观、课程组织形式、课程实施方式、课程评价观等的改变。但升学的压力、课程改革培训的效度不高、课程资源的缺失等问题仍然存在,必须采取配套措施,将课程改革贯彻下去。
With the continuous deepening of the basic education curriculum reform, many changes have taken place in the teachers who are the main executors of the curriculum reform, such as the changes in curriculum concepts, curriculum organization forms, curriculum implementation methods, and curriculum evaluation concepts. However, the pressures for further studies, the lack of effective curriculum reform training, and the lack of curriculum resources still exist, and it is necessary to take complementary measures to implement the curriculum reform.
