仓储式商店作为零售业态中的一员,已经愈发的彰显其生命力。大型仓储式超市以较为独特的经营模式出现在公众的视野内——集商品的大量仓储与销售于一体的经营模式,其内部布局有着不同于其他零售业态的鲜明特点。商场整体的空间布局直接影响着消费者的购物体验和商场氛围。优秀合理的商场布局会突出良好的购物引导性。所以,合理的商场空间布局对于增加购买力有着积极的作用,从而挖掘潜在消费人群和消费能力,创造出意想不到的利润空间。
As a member of the retail format, warehouse-style stores have increasingly demonstrated their vitality. Large-scale warehouse supermarkets appear in the public’s view with a relatively unique business model—a business model that integrates a large amount of warehousing and sales of merchandise, and its internal layout is distinct from other retail formats. The overall spatial layout of the mall directly affects the shopping experience and shopping atmosphere of consumers.
