面向飞机构件工装协同设计的需求,研究了基于MBD和多Agent的飞机构件工装协同设计的方法,给出了用于飞机构件工装协同设计的工装MBD模型和工装非几何信息的模板,搭建了基于MBD和多Agent的飞机构件工装协同设计框架,分析了飞机构件工装协同设计时各Agent间的协同通信流程,并基于JADE平台开发了飞机构件工装协同设计系统。
In order to meet the needs of collaborative design of aircraft components, the method of collaborative design of aircraft components based on MBD and multi-Agent is studied. The MBD model of tooling and the non-geometric template of tooling are given. MBD and multi-agent aircraft components tooling collaborative design framework, the collaborative communication process between the various agents in the aircraft component tooling design was analyzed. Based on the JADE platform, the aircraft component tooling collaborative design system was developed.
