近年来,我厂铸造车间主要使用本省的地方生铁,这些生铁的特点是碳硅含量低、硫磷含量高,尤其我厂使用的镇江、苏州等地的生铁,磷的含量高达0.36~0.58%。目前,国内还没有找到在酸性炉内有效的脱磷措施,生产的铸件易出现“脆、裂、松”缺陷,铸件机械性能往往达不到产品设计要求。为了推广本省地方生铁的利用,自1980年以来,因地制宜,利用本省地方高磷生铁,生产中磷铸铁,提高了铸件的强度、硬度、耐磨性,消除了“脆、裂、松”倾向,废钢用量减少,产品质量稳定。主要着手解决: 1.控制碳当量,改变片状石墨的大小和
In recent years, our foundry mainly uses local pig iron in our province. These pig iron are characterized by low carbon and silicon content and high content of parathion.
