本文提出了在时域中快速诊断信号功率谱特征变化的方法。首先,引入开讨论了几个描述信号功率谱特征变化的特征量。其次,根据Fourier变换的性质,推导出在时域中计算这些特征量的快速算式。最后,利用该方法对机床颤振过程信号功率谱特征变化进行诊断。结果表明,该方法不仅行之有效,而且由于计算简单,适合于在线诊断。
In this paper, a method of rapidly diagnosing the change of the power spectral characteristics in the time domain is proposed. First of all, we introduce several openly discussed feature quantities that characterize the signal power spectrum. Secondly, according to the nature of Fourier transform, a fast formula for calculating these features in the time domain is deduced. Finally, the method is used to diagnose the change of the power spectral characteristics of the chattering signal of the machine tool. The results show that this method is not only effective, but also suitable for on-line diagnosis because of its simple calculation.
