本文采用单粒稻米作米质分析,研究了直链淀粉含量与亲本遗传特性,分析了微效基因、修饰基因对直链淀粉含量的影响,并讨论了育种的对策。
In this paper, using single grain rice as rice quality analysis, the amylose content and the parents’ genetic characteristics were studied. The effects of the minor and modified genes on the amylose content were analyzed, and the countermeasures of breeding were discussed.
