本文介绍了在S195型柴油机上采用电涡流微位移传感器对活塞二阶运动所进行的非接触测量。传感器安装在气缸套上,测量的参数包括活塞裙部相对于缸壁的横向位移和活塞在缸内的侧倾角。对不同工况下的测量结果进行了分析并构作了活塞缸内运动的动态模式图。(编注:测量方法和电涡流微位移传感器的简介部分删去。)
This article describes the non-contact measurement of the second-order piston movement using a micro-displacement sensor using an eddy current sensor on an S195 diesel engine. The sensor is mounted on the cylinder liner and the measured parameters include the lateral displacement of the piston skirt with respect to the cylinder wall and the roll angle of the piston in the cylinder. The measurement results under different working conditions were analyzed and the dynamic mode diagram of piston cylinder movement was constructed.
