1977年国家地质总局将研制砂矿勘探钻机列为国家重点科研项目,由地质部勘察技术研究院设计,江西及陕西省地质局协助,南昌探矿机械厂试制。经过78~79年调研、设计和试制,生产出两台样机,于80年分别在江西及陕西省地质局砂矿勘探矿区进行生产性试验。今年四月份地质部科技局及工业局组织了廿四个单位,在南昌对该型钻机进行了鉴定。会议代表一致认为我国砂矿勘探钻机十分缺乏,该型钻机机械化程度高,大部份为液压操纵,并且配有抓斗、钻斗、泵筒等多种取样工具,能提高效率,保证质量,减轻体力,性能基本达到设计要求,适应砂矿勘探,以满足目前急需。待作部分修改后即可投产,供给各地砂矿勘探选用。
In 1977, the State Geological Administration will develop a sand exploration drilling rig as a national key scientific research project, which is designed by the Institute of Geology and Prospecting Technology, assisted by the Geological Bureau of Jiangxi and Shaanxi Province, and prospected the Nanchang Prospecting Machinery Factory. After 78 ~ 79 years of research, design and trial production, to produce two prototypes, in 80 years in Jiangxi and Shaanxi Bureau of Geology sand mining exploration production test. In April this year, the Bureau of Geology and Technology and the Industrial Bureau organized 24 units to conduct the appraisal of the drilling rig in Nanchang. Conference delegates agreed that China’s sand mine drilling rig exploration is very lacking. This type of drilling rig has a high degree of mechanization, and most of them are hydraulically operated. Besides, it is equipped with a variety of sampling tools such as grab bucket, bucket bucket and pump barrel to improve efficiency and ensure quality. Reduce physical strength, performance basically meet the design requirements, to adapt to the exploration of sand, in order to meet the urgent needs. To be modified after some can be put into operation, the supply of sand exploration around the selection.
