目前,刀具磨损的实时监测已成为自动化加工中急待解决的最重要问题之一。本文就此提出一种新的实时监测方法——双向切削力相干函数法。该法在可靠性、灵敏性及抗切削条件干扰等方面均比以往提出的切削力方法有较大的进步。文中对该法有效性的理论基础进行了讨论,并给出了实验论证结果。
At present, the real-time monitoring of tool wear has become one of the most important issues to be solved urgently in the automatic machining. In this paper, a new real-time monitoring method is proposed - two-way cutting force coherence function method. This method has made great progress in the aspects of reliability, sensitivity and interference resistance to cutting conditions than the cutting force method proposed in the past. The article discusses the theoretical basis of the validity of the law and gives the experimental results.
