通过扫描电镜、能谱分析等方法,对铸铁件和铸钢件表面渗铬层的组织进行了研究。结果表明,铸铁渗铬层是由熔合层、钎焊层和烧结层三个不同组织区域构成的;而铸钢渗铬层仅由熔合层和烧结层构成。
By scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and other methods, the microstructure of the chromized layer on the surface of cast iron and steel castings were studied. The results show that the cast iron chromizing layer consists of three different regions of the fusion layer, the brazing layer and the sintering layer. However, the chromizing layer of the cast steel consists only of the fusion layer and the sintering layer.
