粉末注射成形Ti-12Mo合金的摩擦磨损性能

选择粉末注射成形制备的Ti-12Mo合金为主要研究对象,与粉末冶金冷压烧结制备的纯Ti和TC4合金,以及在口腔材料应用最广的铸造TC4钛合金作对照,研究分析钛及其合金的耐磨性能及磨损机理。结果表明,在相同摩擦磨损条件下,Ti-12Mo合金耐磨性要优于冷压烧结制备的纯Ti和TC4合金,与铸造TC4合金相当;Ti-12Mo合金为魏氏体组织,由β相及α相组成,其显微硬度HV为3100 MPa,其摩擦系数基本保持在0.43左右,低于其他3种钛合金;Ti-12Mo合金磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损。 Select Ti-12Mo alloy prepared by powder injection molding as the main research object, compared with the pure Ti and TC4 alloy prepared by powder metallurgy cold-pressed sintering, as well as the most widely used cast TC4 titanium alloy in dental materials as a control study of titanium and its alloys Wear resistance and wear mechanism. The wear mechanism of Ti-12Mo alloy is abrasive wear.
