研制智能化的测试系统实现弧焊电源性能测试与评价的自动化和智能化,对弧焊电源的研究开发、生产和使用有重要意义。研制了一种用于弧焊电源智能评价与诊断系统的测试平台,该测试平台的前向通道以霍尔元件作为传感器实现数据的采集及分析处理,保证数据采集实时精确;设计了低通有源滤波器以实现对干扰信号的滤除和对有用信号的放大,信号经A/D转换后输入微机,进行数据处理分析。后向通道采用光隔离技术实现微机对负载电阻箱的开关控制。本测试平台适用面广,适于各种交直流焊机,是对弧焊电源进行智能评价与诊断的硬件基础。
