将导流洞改变成泄洪隧洞的过程中,国内外都积极的应用了消能策略。因为导流洞水头大、流速高、出口低,不但容易导致空蚀破坏,还会导致洞内腐蚀,同时,下游水和出口还很难有效的衔接到一起。对此,国内外相关行业及人事都开始投入更多的精力研究消能方案,在改善传统方案的不足之处时发挥着重要的作用。因此,为了能够更加扎实的掌握该项技术,文章通过下文对相关方面的内容进行了探究,从而为有关研究人员在实际工作中提供一定的帮助作用。
