目的探索单颗前牙即刻种植修复后的牙龈美学效果和患者满意度。方法 24例患者均接受单颗前牙即刻种植修复且均使用异体脱细胞真皮基质性骨组织引导再生。患者在6个月后接受二期永久修复手术。对患者随访12~24个月,使用白色美学分值(PES)和红色美学分值(WES)综合评价患者的种植体周围软组织和修复的美学效果;并使用视觉测量尺(VAS)调查患者对修复的满意度。结果患者全部种植成功,PES总平均得分为(8.41±1.60),WES总平均得分(8.02±1.35),患者VAS值为7~10分,平均得分为(8.36±1.04),且经过验证PES与WES和患者VAS评分有显著的正相关关系(r=0.623,P<0.05)。结论患者接受单颗前牙即刻种植修复并在6个月后进行永久修复能显著的提高牙龈美学效果并提高患者对治疗的满意度,且PES与WES和患者VAS评分有着显著的正相关关系。
Objective To explore the gingival aesthetic effect and patient satisfaction after immediate implantation of a single anterior tooth. Methods Twenty-four patients underwent immediate implant repair with single anterior teeth, all of which were guided by allogeneic acellular dermal matrix. The patient underwent a second phase of permanent repair after 6 months. The patients were followed up for 12-24 months. The aesthetic effect of the soft tissues around the implant and the repair were evaluated by using the white aesthetic score (PES) and the red aesthetic score (WES). The visual analog scale (VAS) Fix satisfaction. Results The patients were all planted successfully. The average score of PES was (8.41 ± 1.60) and the average WES score was 8.02 ± 1.35. The VAS score was 7-10 and the average score was (8.36 ± 1.04). The PES and There was a significant positive correlation between WES and VAS score (r = 0.623, P <0.05). Conclusions The patients who underwent immediate implant repair with a single anterior tooth and permanent repair after 6 months can significantly improve gingival aesthetic effect and improve patient satisfaction with the treatment. There is a significant positive correlation between PES and VAS scores of patients and patients.
