武山铜矿采用分级浮选新工艺改造选硫浮选系统,有效的解决了矿山由于黏土矿物含量高造成的吨矿药剂用量大,回收率偏低,只能产出低硫精矿的问题。分级浮选工艺改造后由于对不同粒级的矿物进行更有针对性的操作工艺,可产出不同品质的硫精矿,其中品位大于48%的高硫精矿占产品总量的88%,在原矿硫品位有所降低的情况下,改造后的选硫总回收率仍比改造前选硫系统的平均回收率提高2.27个百分点,同时大幅度降低了吨矿药剂消耗,经济效益大幅提高。
Wushan Copper Mine adopts the new technology of grading flotation to rebuild the sulfur-selective flotation system, which effectively solves the problem of low dosage of low-sulfur concentrates due to large amount of chemical reagents used in mines and low recovery rate due to high content of clay minerals. Fractionated flotation process due to different size fractions of minerals for more targeted operation process, can produce different quality of the sulfur concentrate, of which more than 48% grade high-sulfur concentrate accounts for 88% of the total product, In the case of a decrease in ore grade of sulfur, the total recovery of sulfur after the reform is still 2.27 percentage points higher than the average recovery rate of the pre-reforming sulfur system, while significantly reducing the consumption of chemical reagents per ton of coal and greatly increasing economic benefits.
