目的 :探讨准分子激光治疗原发性青光眼的效果。方法 :原发性青光眼 5 7眼 ,其中 5 0眼为宽角型青光眼 ,7眼为窄角型青光眼 ,用 Ar F准分子激光行巩膜瓣下巩膜造瘘。结果 :5 7眼术前平均眼压 33.2 3±18.45 mm Hg( 1mm Hg=0 .133 k Pa) ,术后平均 15 .2 3± 6 .45 m m Hg。治疗前后眼压差异具有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。 5眼窄角型青光眼术后眼压波动较大 ,其中 2眼改行小梁切除术。术后视力保持或改善占 87.7% ,前房深度、视野及视杯无明显改变 ,无 1例出现较严重的术后并发症。结论 :准分子激光非穿透性小梁切除术是一种治疗原发性开角型青光眼行之有效的手术方法
Objective: To investigate the effect of excimer laser in the treatment of primary glaucoma. Methods: Fifty-seven primary glaucoma were observed. Fifty eyes were wide-angle glaucoma and seven eyes were narrow-angle glaucoma. The scleral fistula was scleral foramen with Ar F excimer laser. Results: The average preoperative intraocular pressure was 33.2 3 ± 18.45 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa) in 57 eyes and 15.23 ± 6 .45 m Hg postoperatively. Intraocular pressure difference before and after treatment was significant (P <0. 001). The intraocular pressure of 5 eyes narrow angle glaucoma fluctuated greatly, including 2 trabeculectomy. Postoperative visual acuity was maintained or improved 87.7%, anterior chamber depth, visual field and optic cup no significant change, no one case of more serious postoperative complications. Conclusion: Excimer laser non-penetrating trabeculotomy is an effective surgical method for the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma
