目的观察大气压低温等离子体协同低浓度过氧化氢漂白牙齿的效果和对釉质的影响。方法将30颗因正畸需要拔除的前磨牙随机分为3组,每组10颗:低温等离子体与6%过氧化氢凝胶联合处理组、35%过氧化氢凝胶处理组和空白气体组,处理时间均为20 min,使用Crestaleye比色仪评价各组牙齿漂白的即刻效果和1年后的效果;同时分析不同处理条件下釉质表面显微硬度和粗糙度的变化。结果低温等离子体辅助6%过氧化氢组处理20 min后ΔE*=4.96,优于35%过氧化氢凝胶处理组(ΔE*=1.86)和空白气体组(ΔE*=0.44)(P<0.005),实现漂白效果较显著。1年后低温等离子体辅助6%过氧化氢组的颜色稳定。实验组处理前后釉质表面显微硬度略有下降,粗糙度略有增加(P>0.05),与空白气体组及35%过氧化氢凝胶处理组变化量相比,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低温等离子体辅助低浓度(6%)过氧化氢进行牙齿美白效果显著稳定,对釉质表面结构无不良影响,为牙齿美白提供了新的思路。
Objective To observe the effects of atmospheric low-temperature plasma synergistic bleaching of teeth with low concentration of hydrogen peroxide and its effect on enamel. Methods Thirty 30 premolar teeth, which had to be removed due to orthodontic treatment, were randomly divided into three groups of 10: cold plasma and 6% hydrogen peroxide gel, 35% hydrogen peroxide gel and blank gas The treatment time was 20 min. The immediate effect of tooth bleaching and the effect of one year after operation were evaluated by Crestaleye colorimeter. The changes of microhardness and surface roughness of enamel under different treatment conditions were also analyzed. Results Compared with 35% hydrogen peroxide gel treatment group (ΔE * = 1.86) and blank gas group (ΔE * = 0.44), the ΔE * was 4.96 after low temperature plasma assisted 6% hydrogen peroxide treatment for 20 min (P < 0.005), to achieve more significant bleaching effect. After 1 year low temperature plasma assisted 6% hydrogen peroxide color stability. The microhardness of the enamel surface slightly decreased and the roughness increased slightly (P> 0.05) before and after treatment. Compared with the blank gas group and the 35% hydrogen peroxide gel group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) P> 0.05). Conclusion Low-temperature plasma with low concentration of hydrogen peroxide (6%) can remarkably stabilize the tooth whitening effect and have no adverse effect on the enamel surface structure, which provides a new idea for tooth whitening.
