目的探讨临床护理在行桡动脉穿刺治疗的冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取重庆市铜梁区人民医院2015年3月—2016年8月收治的经桡动脉穿刺治疗的冠心病患者72例,随机分为对照组和护理组,各36例。对照组患者实施常规护理,护理组患者在对照组基础上给予全面临床护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、住院时间、穿刺成功率及并发症发生率。结果护理组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全面临床护理在行经桡动脉穿刺治疗的冠心病患者中的应用效果较好,可有效提高患者护理满意度,缩短住院时间,提高穿刺成功率,减少并发症发生,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing radial artery puncture. Methods Totally 72 CHD patients treated by radial artery puncture in Tongliang People’s Hospital of Chongqing from March 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and nursing group, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent routine care, while patients in the nursing group were given complete clinical care on the basis of the control group. The patient satisfaction, hospital stay, puncture success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of nursing group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Nursing group patients hospitalized shorter than the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in nursing group was lower than that in control group, and the success rate of puncture was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive clinical nursing is effective in patients with coronary heart disease treated by radial artery puncture, which can effectively improve patient satisfaction, reduce hospitalization time, improve puncture success rate, reduce complications and promote patient rehabilitation.
