贸易保护和贸易自由的博弈是国际贸易的永恒主题,当今突出表现为合格评定程序和贸易便利化的博弈。协调两者之间的关系,进行优化处理,成为每个国家的当务之急。同样,根据中国对外贸易发展的需要,在确立我国贸易政策目标的基础上,根据WTO规则的要求,有必要寻求一条符合中国利益的合格评定程序与贸易便利化协调之路。
The game of trade protection and freedom of trade is the eternal theme of international trade. Today, the game is highlighted by the game of conformity assessment procedures and trade facilitation. To coordinate the relationship between the two and optimize them has become a top priority of every country.
