目的:研究分析骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者牙弓形态,为后期进一步研究提供数据参考和依据。方法:以49例骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者为观察组,50例正常颌为对照组,在石膏模型上测量与牙弓形态特征相关的14个项目,比较患者与正常研究对象上下颌不同性别相关测量项结果。结果:测量项目上,观察组男性患者UAD和UCA与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组女性患者的UAD、LPP、LAD和LPAA与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。计算项目上,观察组男性患者的UPP-LPP、UAD-LAD与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组女性患者的所有项目与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者中,男性患者的牙弓长度不足、尖牙角较小;女性患者的牙弓长度不足、第一前磨牙间宽度较小、后牙弓角较大。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the dental arch morphology of patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion and to provide data reference and basis for further research in the future. Methods: Forty-nine patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected as observation group and 50 patients with normal jaw as control group. 14 items related to dental arch morphology were measured on gypsum model. Different gender-related measurement results. Results: The UAD and UCA in male patients in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). The differences of UAD, LPP, LAD and LPAA among the female patients in the observation group and the control group were statistically significant Statistical significance (P <0.05). Calculation items, the observation group male patients UPP-LPP, UAD-LAD compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); all items in the observation group of female patients compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant Significance (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In the patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion, the length of dental arch of male patients is not enough and the canine angle is small. The length of dental arch of female patients is not enough, the width of first premolar is small, and the angle of posterior dental arch is larger.
