由省农科院茶叶研究所和安溪县芦田茶场共同承担,省茶科所技术顾问张天福高级农艺师主持的省重点科研项目《乌龙茶做青工艺与设备研究》中间试验,已于8月22日在安溪县由省科委主持通过技术鉴定。 中间试验配套的设备与工艺,是在1987年鉴定基础上,采取组合式结构,用bcWW—20型蒌凋机和6C乙—Z—100A型乌龙茶做青机,分别完成蒌凋和做青作业,并在人工气候环境中解决“看天做青”的问题,实现程控化、规程化做青。 参加鉴定会的有:浙江农业大学茶叶系张堂恒
