根据国务院关于《商业零售领域利用外资问题的批复》,外经贸部作出以下几个方面的规定:1.严格按国务院《批复》确定的地区范围和数量进行试点,其他地区一律不准审批设立外商投资商业零售业(包括经营结构单一和不经营进口商品的外商投资的商业零售企业).
According to the State Council’s Reply on the Issue of Utilizing Foreign Capital in the Field of Commercial Retail, the MOFTEC makes the following provisions: 1.
