化学连续浸提法对土壤中Zn和Mn化学形态的研究

用化学连续浸提法研究不同土壤类型、不同pH值条件下,土壤中Zn和Mn的形态分布,并对方法的精密度和准确度进行系统评价.结果表明,化学连续浸提法精密度小于10%,回收率为94.0%~107.3%.随着土壤pH的变化,土壤中各形态对Zn,Mn呈现有规律变化,土壤类型的变化对Zn的形态分布影响不大,但对Mn的形态分布具有显著影响. The chemical continuous extraction method was used to study the morphological distribution of Zn and Mn in soil under different soil types and pH values. The precision and accuracy of the method were systematically evaluated. The results showed that the precision of chemical continuous extraction was less than 10% and the recovery was 94.0% -107.3%. With the change of soil pH, the forms of Zn and Mn in soil showed regular changes, and the changes of soil types had little effect on the morphological distribution of Zn, but had a significant effect on the distribution of Mn.
