分析了膨胀系数相差一个数量级的两种透明材料的非对称层合结构在均匀变温下的热应力分布以及应力与材料参数、几何尺寸的关系。推导了含软胶夹层梁的热应力表达式。为无机与有机玻璃的复合结构作为飞机风挡的可行性分析提供理论基础。
The thermal stress distribution and the relationship between stress and material parameters and geometrical dimensions of two asymmetric laminated structures with different coefficients of thermal expansion by an order of magnitude are analyzed. The expression of thermal stress of the beam with soft interlayer is deduced. It provides the theoretical basis for the feasibility analysis of composite structure of inorganic and plexiglass as aircraft windshield.
