目的探讨两性霉素B联合伏立康唑治疗隐球酵母菌性脑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年4月至2016年8月隐球酵母菌性脑膜炎患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用氟康唑联合低剂量两性霉素B治疗,观察组采用伏立康唑联合低剂量两性霉素B治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果两组总有效率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),两组头痛和发热消失时间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两性霉素B联合伏立康唑治疗隐球酵母菌性脑膜炎的疗效确切,能快速缓解患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amphotericin B combined with voriconazole in the treatment of cryptococcal meningitis. Methods Eighty patients with cryptococcal meningitis from April 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 40 in each group). The control group was treated with fluconazole combined with low dose amphotericin B, and the observation group was treated with voriconazole combined with low dose amphotericin B. The clinical efficacy, the disappearance of clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in headache and fever disappearance time (P> 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion amphotericin B combined with voriconazole treatment of cryptococcal meningitis has the exact effect, can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the treatment effect, with high clinical value.
