通过对文献系统性的回顾,对国内外电子商务环境下的隐私关注研究进行了梳理和述评,系统介绍了隐私关注相关概念、隐私关注量表、隐私关注的影响因素、隐私关注对消费者行为意向的影响的相关研究进展。研究发现当前研究中存在“实证研究以美国为主,其他区域研究不足”、“研究样本以在校大学生为主,涵盖面不足”等缺陷,“移动商务和泛在商务中的隐私关注”、“跨文化的隐私关注”等是未来研究值得关注的领域。
Through systematically reviewing the literature, this paper reviews and studies the privacy concerns in e-commerce environment at home and abroad, and systematically introduces the related concepts of privacy concerns, the privacy concerns scale, the influencing factors of privacy concerns, the privacy concerns of consumer behavior Relevant research progress on the impact of intention. The study found that there are many problems in the current research, such as “empirical research mainly in the United States, other areas ”, “research samples to college students mainly cover ” and other shortcomings, “mobile commerce and ubiquitous business Privacy concerns ”, “ cross-cultural privacy concerns ”and other areas of future research worthy of attention.
