针对管式间接蒸发冷却器,进行了水平单管外流动水膜与横掠空气之间对流传质的实验测定,获得了实验关系式.实验结果表明,管外水膜流动状况对传质系数有较大的影响.这说明以往根据Lewis关系式,用空气横掠光管时的对流换热系数推算有流动水膜存在时的对流传质系数是不够准确的,计算结果相差70%~160%.
Aiming at the tube indirect evaporative cooler, the convective mass transfer between the horizontal single-tube flow film and the swept air was tested and the experimental relationship was obtained. The experimental results show that the flow of water outside the tube has a greater impact on the mass transfer coefficient. This shows that according to the Lewis relation, the convective mass transfer coefficient in the presence of flowing water film is not accurate enough to calculate the convection heat transfer coefficient when the air is swept across the light pipe. The calculated results differ by 70% ~ 160%.
