本篇报导根据Nelson氏等法改进用琼脂糖玻片法检测人白细胞趋化性,对本实验条件进行了研究,用本法调查健康人白细胞趋化性128例,男性70例趋化指数均值为3.85±0.7,女性58例趋化指数均值为4.18±0.43。白细胞趋化性是正常人体抵御外来异物入侵及防止肿瘤形成的重要防卫功能之一,白细胞趋化性的形成,对免疫系统的识别和效应功能起到重要作用。由于淋巴细胞或免疫球蛋白与抗原相互作用,免疫球蛋白激活补体系统过程中释放一系列生物活性物质,促进血管通透性以及吸引白细胞向异己物质局部积聚,这一积聚过程即谓之白细胞的趋化性,吸引白细胞的活性物质即称为趋化因子。体外测定白细胞趋化性有种种方法Boyden氏首先创用微孔沪膜小室法,其后Nelson氏等改用塑料平皿琼脂平板法,我室改用普通玻片代替塑料平皿,制成琼脂糖玻片,使白细胞在琼脂糖下层玻片上趋化移动,在一块玻片上可同时进行测试组与对照组试验。本法技术操作简单易行,不需要特殊仪器,需血量少,如果能熟练而精确掌握技术操作,复试性强,误差范围窄,是可以推广使用的一种方法。
