目的了解新疆碘缺乏病重点地区贫困人群食用价格补贴碘盐后的碘营养状况,为调整干预策略提供科学依据。方法依据《2015年新疆碘缺乏病重点地区贫困人口碘盐价格补贴工作评估方案》的要求开展评估调查。结果 2015年全疆共检测家庭主妇尿样1 905份,尿碘中位数均值169.90μg/L,尿碘含量低于50μg/L的比例占7.50%;66个被抽取的行政村,入户调查发放过价格补贴碘盐的650户居民,635户食用加碘食盐,碘盐食用率97.69%,其中食用价格补贴碘盐402户,价格补贴碘盐食用率63.31%;随机采集660份居民家中盐样检测盐碘含量,合格碘盐632份,合格碘盐食用率95.76%,盐碘中位数27.04 mg/kg。结论实施碘盐价格补贴政策,新疆碘缺乏病重点地区贫困人群尿碘总体水平维持在适宜水平,合格碘盐食用率、价格补贴碘盐食用率均超过90.00%,居民的行为习惯发生了根本改变,应继续加大健康教育宣传力度,加强对碘盐生产的监管,保证合格碘盐的供应。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of poor people in key areas of iodine deficiency disorders in Xinjiang after subsidizing iodine salt, so as to provide a scientific basis for adjusting intervention strategies. Methods According to the requirements of “Assessment Scheme of Subsidy of Iodine Salt Price for Poor Population in Key Areas of Iodine Deficiency Disorder in Xinjiang in 2015”, the survey was conducted. Results In 2015, a total of 1 905 urine samples were collected from housewives in Xinjiang. The median urinary iodine was 169.90 μg / L, and the urinary iodine content was below 50 μg / L, accounting for 7.50% of the total. Sixty-six administrative villages 650 households with price-subsidized iodized salt were surveyed, 635 households consumed iodized salt and iodized salt with a utilization rate of 97.69%, of which 402 were iodized salt with a price subsidy of 63.31% and iodized salt at a price of 63.31%. 660 households Salt samples were tested for salt iodine content, 632 qualified iodized salt, 95.76% of qualified iodized salt, and median of salt iodine 27.04 mg / kg. Conclusion The implementation of the iodized salt price subsidy policy, the overall level of urinary iodine in poor people in the key areas of iodine deficiency disorders in Xinjiang is maintained at an appropriate level, the eligible iodized salt consumption rate, the price subsidy of iodized salt consumption rate of more than 90.00%, residents’ behavior changed fundamentally , We should continue to step up publicity on health education, strengthen the supervision over the production of iodized salt and ensure the supply of qualified iodized salt.
