目的:观察一氧化氮(NO)在家兔急性心肌梗塞中的动态变化。方法:家兔8只,制备急性心肌梗塞模型,分别于缺血前、缺血即刻、缺血后1,3,6h抽血,利用镉—铜还原法测定每个时点的NO水平,借助计算机图像分析系统计算梗塞面积。结果:缺血开始后,NO迅速下降,与缺血前相比,P<0.01;缺血后3~6hNO又有所回升,但仍远低于缺血前水平(P<0.05)。结论:在家兔实验性急性心肌梗塞中,NO总水平是降低的,其机理可能与氧分压下降、内皮细胞功能受损及酸中毒等因素有关。
Objective: To observe the dynamic changes of nitric oxide (NO) in rabbits with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: Eight rabbits were used to prepare acute myocardial infarction model. Blood samples were collected before ischemia, immediately after ischemia, at 1, 3 and 6 hours after ischemia. The NO level at each time point was determined by cadmium - copper reduction method. Computer image analysis system to calculate infarct size. Results: After the onset of ischemia, NO decreased rapidly (P <0.01 compared with that before ischemia), but returned to the level of 3 ~ 6h after ischemia, but still lower than that before ischemia (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: The level of total NO is decreased in experimental acute myocardial infarction in rabbits. The mechanism may be related to the decrease of partial pressure of oxygen, impaired endothelial function and acidosis.
