在分析旋挖钻机变幅机构工作原理的基础上,运用SolidWorks软件对旋挖钻机变幅机构进行三维实体建模及装配,并将模型导入虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS中。利用多体系动力学理论,在ADAMS中给模型施加约束和驱动,对其进行运动学仿真分析,得到旋挖钻机变幅机构各构件的受力及油缸压力情况,验证了设计的合理性,确保设计的机械结构能够达到使用要求。
Based on the analysis of working principle of the luffing mechanism of rotary drilling rig, 3D solid modeling and assembly of the luffing mechanism of the rotary drilling rig are carried out by using SolidWorks software, and the model is imported into the virtual prototype analysis software ADAMS. The multi-system dynamics theory is used to constrain and drive the model in ADAMS. The kinematics simulation analysis is carried out to get the force and cylinder pressure of each component of the luffing mechanism of the rotary drilling rig, which verifies the rationality of the design and ensures Design of the mechanical structure to meet the requirements.
