医院在医疗改革中要获取更有利的竞争条件,除了提高医院医疗服务质量,同样重要且必不可少的一项改革就是档案管理工作的改革。档案管理工作在医院管理中的重要性毋庸赘言,新医改下医院档案管理是医院持续发展的重要保障。然而,当前医院档案管理的方法在很大程度上阻碍了档案管理工作的发展。文章通过分析目前医院档案管理存在的问题,提出了医院档案管理如何适应医疗改革的改进方法。
In order to obtain more favorable conditions for competition in the medical reform, it is also an important and necessary reform to improve the management of the medical records in hospitals. The Importance of File Management in Hospital Management Needless to say, the management of hospital files by new medical records is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the hospital. However, the current method of hospital file management has hindered the development of file management to a great extent. By analyzing the existing problems of hospital file management, this paper puts forward an improved method of how hospital file management adapts to medical reform.
