观察灯盏花总黄酮对抗异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌缺血,以及两种给药途径(静脉、十二指肠)对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响.结果表明:灯盏花总黄酮能减轻异丙肾上腺素诱发的大鼠心肌缺血性损伤;iv灯盏花总黄酮100mg.kg-1能明显降低血压,同时不增快心率,对其它血流动力学参数影响不明显;十二指肠一次性给药(192mg.kg-1)有相似于静脉给药的变化趋势,但达不到统计学意义.
To observe the effects of total flavonoids of Erigeron breviscapus on isoproterenol-induced myocardial ischemia in rats and the effect of two routes of administration (venous and duodenal) on hemodynamics of anesthetized rats. The results showed that the total flavonoids of Erigeron breviscapus could reduce isoprenaline-induced ischemic injury in rats; iv Erigeron breviscapus total flavonoids were 100 mg. Kg-1 can significantly reduce blood pressure, but does not increase heart rate, and has no significant effect on other hemodynamic parameters; a one-time administration of duodenum (192 mg.kg-1) has a similar tendency to intravenous administration. But it does not reach statistical significance.
