为了从传统中药中寻找防治化疗和放疗所致骨髓粒系造血抑制的药物,通过建立实验性环磷酰胺(Cy:0.08g/kg)低白细胞血症小鼠模型,观察了参芪补苦复方(GAFS:13.9g/kg·dip6d)对粒系造血的影响。结果表明:GAFS对Cy所致外周血白细胞和中性粒细胞数下降具有对抗和促恢复作用(P<0.01),能防治骨髓有核细胞数、粒-巨噬系祖细胞(CFU-GM)数的减少(P<0.01),促进CFU-GM增殖并诱导其向粒系、巨噬系分化,且其促粒系造血作用优于鲨肝醇。
