宣传思想工作是凝聚企业员工思想、促进企业团结、提升企业效益的重要措施,是企业文化传播的重要途径,作为一种精神的启迪活动,对企业生产具有重要的指导意义。而我国的煤矿企业作为重点发展的重化工企业,工作量巨大、任务艰巨,工作环境也相对较为艰苦,同时,随着我国经济结构转型,产能调整,传统煤矿业的发展已经远远不能适应今天社会的发展,煤矿领域正在加强新一轮的改革,促进煤矿企业的转型。而在新一轮的转型调整中,宣传思想工作作为赫茨伯格双因素理论中重要的激励因素,对于稳定企业局面,强化员工认同,积极稳妥推进煤矿企业的深化改革具有重要意义,鉴于这种态势,本文从煤矿企业宣传思想工作面临的问题出发,应用管理学、心理学等多学科视角,就如何提升煤矿企业宣传思想工作的实效性提出相应的措施。

In the new round of restructuring, propaganda and ideological work as an important motivating factor in Herzberg’s two-factor theory is of great significance to stabilizing the enterprise, strengthening employee recognition, and actively and steadily pushing forward the deepening reform of coal mining enterprises Based on multi-disciplinary perspectives such as management science and psychology, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the effectiveness of publicity and ideological work in coal mine enterprises.
